Contractor re-painted interiors of two condos owned by us, and did a good job
Contractor was asked to re-paint driveway of one of the condos and agreed to do so during the summer of 2007.
Driveway paint began peeling and bubbling about a year and a half after contractor painted. [Next-door neighbor had her driveway painted within a month or two of ours. It is still fine today.] The condo association began sending complaints to us in January 2014 about our driveway telling us to address the decrepit conditions. I called the contractor for a quote, and he came out on 2/4/14 and hemmed and hawed about the driveway and how hard he worked to paint it initially. He then quoted $1,350 to repaint the driveway. Later he called and left a message on voicemail reducing his price to $ 1,200.
On May 11, 2014, we had the driveway repainted--by another contractor. And we will never call Tom Shaw Painting again

He was good. He was thorough. He took a long time cleaning the exterior of the house. He took a long time prepping the house. He was meticulous. He held up because of the rain and finished the work in two weeks. His demeanor was very good. He was very polite. He and his helper came out to do the work. He was a little higher on the estimate, but he gave me a description about the work and did a prep work.

I was very satisfied with his work.
