Description of Work: I hired ServPro to clean the kitchen cabinets prior to moving to our new home. It was very dirty, with years of grease and grime. After the first cleaning, I called for the worker to come back and complete the job. The worker came back and re-cleaned what he had cleaned the first time, but never cleaned drawer runners and places not readily visible. I gave up on ServPro and didn't ask them to come back a third time.

it went great. I will certainly recomend Nora and Servepro to anyone with a problem.
Description of Work: I spoke with Nora to set up the work, She is wonderful and very helpful. Very friendly. They extracted some water before mold set in. Servepro was very quick.

They tore up my basement in an attempt to dry it. They reported more work than was done and more time than needed to the insurance company.
Description of Work: They dried my basement after it flooded due to heavy snow and rain.

Servprod arrived extremely quickly after our builder call them. They got on the job right away and knew exactly what to do to make sure we had not mildew problems later on. They replace carpet and dried out spaces behind wooden cabinets. The got all the water out of the house and carpeted area and used huge fans over several days to dry it out. We have had no mildew problems and it is over 3 years since Servpro did the repair work.
Description of Work: The plumber that worked on our new house paid for this service because of a problem they caused during construction. They did not get a plastic part out of the sewer line causing the line to back up and overflow the toilet in our master bath room. Since this report is on the service company that cleaned up the water and dried the house out, I will not continue with discussion of the plumbing company. They should be in a separate report. We were very impressed with the repair work for the water in our house. They did an excellent job.

My dishwasher overflowed hot water all over my new hardwood floors. Servpro dried most of it out to where it was almost perfect again, However Mr. George said he was not going to settle for less than perfect. He worked directly with my insurance adjuster. They seemed to already know each other and had a good rapport. Mr. George contracted with the original flooring contractor. He had them pull out the imperfect planks and replace them with new. You can't tell there was ever any damage. It's like it never even happened (like in their commercial ).
