it went great. I will certainly recomend Nora and Servepro to anyone with a problem.

They tore up my basement in an attempt to dry it. They reported more work than was done and more time than needed to the insurance company.

Servprod arrived extremely quickly after our builder call them. They got on the job right away and knew exactly what to do to make sure we had not mildew problems later on. They replace carpet and dried out spaces behind wooden cabinets. The got all the water out of the house and carpeted area and used huge fans over several days to dry it out. We have had no mildew problems and it is over 3 years since Servpro did the repair work.

My dishwasher overflowed hot water all over my new hardwood floors. Servpro dried most of it out to where it was almost perfect again, However Mr. George said he was not going to settle for less than perfect. He worked directly with my insurance adjuster. They seemed to already know each other and had a good rapport. Mr. George contracted with the original flooring contractor. He had them pull out the imperfect planks and replace them with new. You can't tell there was ever any damage. It's like it never even happened (like in their commercial ).
