Screening Dunrite

Screening Dunrite provided excellent service. The workmen were efficient and polite and the value for price was excellent. I would definitely recommend and will hire again in the future.

The job was finished on 10/28/20, Due to the season and there are quite a few trees in the backyard, it has been very windy from October to November so leaves, small twiggs, etc. are getting trapped between the loose corner kickplate and the screen which is both an annoyance and a problem to keep cleaning out the area while trying not to tear the screen. On 10/29/20, when Gian came to collect the balance of payment, he stated that the only way to fix it would be to install the kickplate as two sections instead of one which may not look good. On 11/13/20, I sent an e-mail to Gian to explain the problem of the debris getting stuck in the corner kickplate that was not flush to the screen, (Gian was already aware of this problem at the completion of the job), I did not receive a response and called him on 11/16/20 to find out if he received my e-mail. He stated he has been busy with other jobs and he does not know when he will be able to come back to fix the problem due being busy but I do not need to be home; he will fix when he is available. I agreed at the time but it is now December and as a customer who PAID for a service, I should not have to wait this long to be serviced. The prompt response would be to send an employee out to take are of the matter sooner rather than later. I am still dealing the debris being trapped in that area which bothers me daily. I am not happy about the way I am being treated.

The screen above our pool lanai blew out in a storm and we called several companies. They either didnt get back to us or said they couldnt do it because of the high location of the repair above the pool. Dunrite called me back, came out the same day fixed the screen, absolutely no problem getting on top of the birdcage. Fixed two other panels at a very reasonable price. Very satisfied. My husband came home, loved what they did and said keep their card handy!

Gian, Screening Dunrite, did an excellent job, from the initial call & visit until the completed project. He was very pleasant, informative, efficient, eagerly entertained questions, and offered options without any pressure. Even while doing the rescreening, I asked for additional work that we had previously discussed and I declined, and he graciously said he would look into and give me a quote. He was very pleasant to work with and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to have their screen repaired or replaced.

Replacement went extremely well. They were prompt, professional and very easy to work with.

Within 10 minutes of submitting a request for quote, Gian called to discuss our project. That's got to be a record, or near one! We discussed screen options and though Gian provided a recommendation, he was not pushy at all. Gian was able to begin the work the next day (Friday) and worked Sunday and Monday. Why 3 days? Because he was dodging thunderstorms spun up by hurricane Sandy in the Gulf. Each time he cleaned up after his work session and when complete, we had a like-new screened enclosure. Great job, Gian!

Jim was very professional very pleasant came up with the best of three estimates on the spot and was able to do the work on the spot. We had some trouble with the screen for the kitchen window and he even returned to the property to work on it a fourth time. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with the work. I would recommend him to anybody and in fact I already have.

Absolutely perfect! He did same day, EXTREMELY competitive price! Went over and brooms. I was going to put a new latch on my screen door, he said no, I’ll do it NO CHARGE. Went bought new latch mine didn’t fit. Didn’t even ask for cost of new latch. Stop looking and “HIRE THIS MAN”!! You won’t be sorry. P.S. I NEVER do surveys unless EXTREMELY EXCEPTIONAL!! That’s y I’m doing this one. EXCELLENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
