We had our neighbor call us 3 times to tell us it wasn’t being done. Maybe one time he came out to fix it but never showed up again and took our money.  They stopped answering the phone. They haven’t done anything since June so we had to take him to court.

I am VERY disappointed with the work.

I never received a message back thru Angie's list.com and no one ever picked up the phone when I called twice. I ended up pulling all the weeds out myself......took about a week and prob 30 trash bags. Thank you Scott Flowers lawn & tree service smh

Btw a lot of New Yorkers live in fl....your response makes no sense what so ever and please don't message me anymore esp that you feel I should have common sense. I'm not causing problems....I'm sharing my experience whether it's good or bad...it is what it is.

It seems to be going well, with the exception of a glitch in scheduling. He missed a week the first month of service by miscounting the weeks between services on the calendar. I would have hoped for a prorated month of service for October, especially since we're a new account, but as long as the services are provided reliably going forward it's not a big issue.

Scott is the right person for this job. He took the time to listen to my concerns on the work that needed to be done on my rental property.  Scott provided suggestions and provided me with a detailed quote and timeline for the work. The proper equipment was sent to my property and Scott`s work crew executed the work flawlessly. The old sod and trees were removed and replaced with careful attention. But most importantly-they cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend Scott for most of your landscaping needs, i know i will the next time around. Also, i have hired Scott to do my weekly landscaping maintenance.

They do a good job. They are very attentive to what we want done.
