I liked this contractor.  He had explained very well, how seawalls are built and why they can fall apart.  Not everyone I interviewed, made as much sense or was as helpful with cosmetic details.   I don't want to give away his repair plans.   Suffice it to say, the state of the art has evolved around here.  Anyone who talks to a few different contractors, can follow the logic.
   Even working through some rough weather, everything went well.  The crew was polite and skillful.
   Waterfront property owners need to keep an eye out for erosion under their seawalls.  The footings should be beefed up every twenty years, depending on the current, tidal action, and boat traffic.

They were excellent. They were here for 2 days, they did a phenomenal job. Ed Bartek was the contractor that they sent out to wok on my project. He has done every roof in Newport Richey. I would highly recommend him. For me to recommend someone in Florida that must mean they are really good! He also does constructions, if you need any project done I would advise you to call this company!!!

They did a good job. They had a lot to do with building it up. They had to use a jackhammer to install metal panels and built the wall up. They installed wood blocks for the sea wall. It looks good!

I called Signature because I had an insurance emergency, my home owners insurance was canceled, WITHOUT NOTICE because of an old roof. I was in a very bad situation. Don came out the same day and gave my an assessment of the roof. The price was Ok, there were companies with lower prices, but they did not install confidence in me. Don was straightforward and very knowledgeable. He understand my situation and bend over backwards to help me. The crew and product was there as promised, work was timely, results were great. After the inspection was complete, Don was prompt in getting me the paperwork needed to reinstate my insurance. Very Happy, I will definitely call Signature again for any construction needs in the future. Thank you again Don!!!!

I called the company for an estimate on a Friday, and Don Faunce responded the very next day (Saturday) measured the roof and e-mailed me with an estimate the very same day. I had also contacted four other companies for estimates but only two responded over a week later. Overall, I received six estimates to do the work. SC Signature was by far the best price.
About April 2nd, I called Mr. Faunce and told him I was ready to have the work done. He responded immediately, I signed the contract and he advised that the work would be started in about two weeks. He called after only one week and said he would start the job the following Monday (4-9-2012).
The crew (6 men) arrived at my house around 8:00 am, along with Mr. Faunce, and commenced work. All of the men were professional and knew their jobs. Mr. Faunce returned five times during the day to make sure everything was done according to contract.
They job was completed the next day, and the work quality was excellent, and the men did a great job of cleaning the debris.
Mr. Faunce responded the next day and again went over the yard to make sure there was no other debris and used a magnet again to locate any nails or staples left on the ground. The price was exactly what I was quoted, the work performed in a timely and quality manner. The crew was professional and courteous in answering my questions. Mr. Faunce provided me with the documentation to forward to my homeowners insurance company for a reduction in rates.
I wouldn't hesitate to call this company for any future needs.
