Ashley called to cancel a cleaning for the week of 7/20/2021. I understand the employee shortage, but an invoice was left on my back porch table on 7/26/2021 and the pool was not serviced. Sadly, very dishonest and the pool was left green! I guess the young man did not take into account that we have cameras around our home. I had hope! Beware of a company that leaves an invoice, but does not do the work!

Takes credit for work not performed, his idea of adding chemicals is putting a 3" chlorine tablet inside of skimmer, never vacuumed pool once in the 5 months he was hired for. I would not let this amaturist person clean my goldfish tank, another example of poor quality work by a Florida fly by niter, there poor reputation is well deserved. test at pinch a penny showed 0 salt and no chlorine in pool water. I have many pictures to prove my point, and reported him to BBB

So far so good. I needed pool service right away, they called immediately set me up for an estimate. I gave them the job and they did the first clean today! I'm at ease now that our pool will be well maintained.

The owner came out.. he was great, the someone else from the company came out and it never seemed to be clean and every time we called they would never be reachable. Then I paid the last month and cancelled the service because I was tired of not having a clean pool, they didn t do refund the money or even partially refund the money

My pool was a disaster. In one morning they drained, power washed, and acid washed my pool. By the next evening it was full and beautiful.

After several weeks of waiting for them to call back for an appointment, they finally rang my doorbell. While here they cleaned the pool and I was very satisfied and hired them, but remember, this was their first visit. I will update this review again after several more visits.

We just hired them so we need to see what they can do. We have ALWAYS used Home advisors for any work that needs done and have ALWAYS been satisfied. We will only use Home Advisors They are great!
