Remodeling By Costanza

The sub contractors that were hired by the contractor  did not report when scheduled and the work performed was far below standard, did not pass inspection on the first round, had to be redone more than once. Most, but not all workers did not clean up after the days work, dry wall people screwed through pocket doors, sprayed their finish coating over everything and did not cover anything and the tile people were the the most incompetent . Three bathrooms were completely remodeld and the tile work had to be redone twice and one shower had to be taken down and started from the cement board out. Still waiting for the electrician to correct  the bad circuit and remark the circuits on the service box. The list goes on and on..... The project was started in Mid March and was still going on this December. I was orginally told I could move into this house in July or first of August at the
 lates
On another more positive note, the kitchen and bathroom  cabinets were installed with the results as expected.

I have neve rmade a report on Angie's list before and would hesitate to be negative about someone's livelehood.
I believe the  General contractor is a good person meaning well but the sub contractors they hired let him and his organizatio n down.

I would highly recommend Remodeling By Costanza. We didn't have to run around to several stores to pick out materials like our neighbor had to when she remodeled. Instead, we went to their showroom in Ybor City, and we were assisted in our selections. To our delight the bathroom was completed within 7 days....the painting 3 days, and the quality of their work exceded our expectations. The workers were very competent, friendly and trustworthy. We love how our house looks! We are considering painting the exterior of our house and remodeling the kitchen....Costanza will be our company of choice.
