RAY'S CABINET SPECIALTIES

On 11-2-10 the owner of Ray's Cabinet Specialities, Ray Deleon came to our house and gave us an estimate to refinish our kitchen counter top with formica. We gave him a $550 deposit. He said he would have it installed by Thanksgiving. A week later he called and said he had to special order from Miami and it would take a while. We waited, called him first week of Dec. He said formica wasn't there yet. We called the following week, he said his crew was sick and he was short handed. The excuses went on and on. The beginning of January I called him again and he said it was too cold to cut the formica, it would crack. On January 14th he called and spoke to my husband and told him he couldn't do the job because he was going through personal problems. He said he would put a check in the mail. The following Monday my husband went to his shop and collected the money from him personally. We called another company called The Cabinet Mill, Inc. and the owner took immediate action and without "excuses" actually had our formica in one day from Tampa. We are extremely happy!!!!!
