David and Eddy did a great job repairing drywall and installing new drywall where it was damaged. Very thorough, walked me through their process, cleaned up before leaving! Definitely would recommend!!

I hired this company to remove popcorn ceiling and apply knockdown soon after purchasing a condo. After receiving a quote, set up service for Wednesday, October 13th, between 8 and 10AM. They did not arrive in that time so when I called there was a scheduling error and they had us for the following day. No big deal, if that was the only problem. There were minimal pieces of furniture in the unit, so I thought that it would just be covered up (as I am assuming most homes are fully furnished and they would work around that, right??), but I just took all items off of shelves/counters and placed them inside cabinets to make it easier. The employees covered some of the items (computer monitors and table), but took out golf clubs, tv, chairs and coffee table to store on the (screened in only) back porch over night. Not covered, wrapped, nor locked. At the end of the first day, they had removed popcorn and put up plastic to protect walls and floors, and they also left the back slider unlocked over night. When I called the manager/owner, Anthony, to let him know, he had the guys who worked in my condo call me back and ream me out with foul language saying that I now had their boss chewing them out. Anthony called back that evening and apologized for his employees behavior and sent out the other employee and one from another crew to finish the following day. When I asked if he (Anthony, boss) would come out to make sure all would go ok, he said that he would, but had 2 other appointments to attend, so I waited all morning for his arrival that never happened. The crew finished that 2nd day with the knockdown finish and did great in the main parts, BUT: - some edges/closets have a little residual popcorn with knockdown over it - some edges now have some of the wall-finish peeling away from the wall at the ceiling/wall-seam - some spots have been left with a gloppy; amount of the ;mud around the corners - some drippy ceiling stuff on walls - when they rehung some of the doors, dirty hand-prints were left.. - I also was quoted (in writing) that closets would be included, but 2 were omitted, with the crew stating that they could not get to them Overall, service here is terrible. I think that they COULD do great work if there was more attention to detail and actually treated belongings with respect. Desk lady was very professional and on-it. I would not hire this company in the future, as I was made to feel that there is no pride whatsoever in the overall work, just a paycheck with as little as possible done to complete the job. The 3.5 stars for quality was for the main areas and potential, but 1.5 was not earned due to lack of ;finish.

Came in with smiles, looked at what I needed done, did the work, and cleaned everything up. Very pleased with the professional handling of the job.

I hired this company to replace a large part of drywall that was damaged. They spackled not replaced. I was told that it would cost less than the original estimate because they had not replaced as promised. I was charged the full amount.

I hired Quality Ceiling Refinishers, Inc. to remove a Popcorn finish from my ceilings. This contractor was untruthful and not up front with me from the beginning regarding his services and product. The contractor used a bad product that set off a gas that smells like sour vomit. He touts he has been doing this for 40 years and this same issue has only occurred one other time. If it happened once before and he knew the fix, then why didn’t he just fix the issue at that time it was discovered. Simply put, he had my $4200 and was on to the next customer. This contractor is so consumed by greed; thus, he could not stand the thought of having to get into his pocket and put forth any money to make this right. You would have thought that after 40 years in the business that he would have known what primer smells like and this never smelled like primer. I was advised to leave the premises by an air quality expert. It is now going on 18 weeks that I have been homeless. It was proven by Rimkus and Certified Mold Assessment that he was the cause of this issue and liable for rectifying the issue with the ceiling following his original service. Because this was not done within a few days of the removal it has consumed every crack and crevice in my entire condo. Clothes, furniture, toothbrush, coffee filters, cosmetics, medication, leather goods, sheets, towels etc. etc. etc. The clothing, textiles and upholstered items have now been removed. The ceilings have been repainted and still the smell remains. I am a single woman and a senior and I feel that he used that to his advantage. To date I am still homeless and everything that I have worked so hard for is totally destroyed. I have not received a penny from his Insurance company. This contractor is the rudest individual I have every met in 43 years of dealing with vendors. One of his favorite words is idiot. Everyone is an idiot except him. I was not able to cook a turkey dinner this year and will be out of my home for Christmas all due to his greed to make this right. I will never get those days back.

I would have given all 5s if I had known it was impossible to do this job without having to do a little touch up paint in each room......I learned that after the fact! Anyway,the ceilings look great and I hired a handyman to come out and fix the paint😊

This company was great. They came out to give me an estimate quickly and then scheduled my repair and total ceiling refinish quickly and did a wonderful job. My ceiling looks brand new and it was in really rough shape. I would definitely recommend them to everyone. All the workers were great too. Very friendly and professional. When they left you couldn't tell they had been there except by my wonderful "new" ceiling. Thank you Quality!

to paint the ceilings was very expensive - about $200 per square foot. They also got paint on the screens that we had just replaced a week prior even though they put up protective plastic.

Showed up on time and cleaned up there messes. I'm a little upset that they couldn't match the color of my existing ceiling so now it still looks like a stain. They also have let a little get on the wall so I have to repaint the wall. But overall I'm satisfied with their work and would recommend them and use them again.

The ceiling started falling onto the floor just months after repair. Though I had a signed contract with a 3-year warranty, I had a hard time getting them back to fix the problem. The warranty has expired and the ceiling still falling.

Work was just ok, not great and price was excessive.
