Called 24 hour service. Asked them to setup service call on Monday morning. Tech called back anyway in about 15 mins to check.
Talked to dispatch at 8:15am on Monday and was given an appointment window of 1-4pm. Tech arrived at 2pm. Drain line was clogged and had to be cut, cleaned out and put back together. Took about 90 mins. Did system checkup as well.
Went well. Tech had the right tools including vacuum and high pressure nitrogen gas to blow out the line and suck out debris. No complaints..
