The first few services were great. But then they keep forgetting to come out and they never kept track of missed visits. When they missed a cutting, they did not want to come out the next day and instead would wait until the following week. Living in an HOA community in the middle of summer the grass gets too long by then. Especially when I see my neighbors who have no issues with their lawn care. They also over edged around sprinklers and scalping the grass around plant beds, killing the grass. After repeated phone calls about missed visits and poor service, nothing changed. I canceled the service after a few months and had to spend time putting plugs in to repair the damaged grass.

We just purchased a home in the north Tampa area and Pratt's was the best quote overall.  Larry came to our house and gave us a detailed explanation on everything that we needed done.  Their quotes for all were very reasonable and their office staff and service staff are so pleasant to deal with.  They answered all of our questions and were very helpful.  We will continue to use them as long as we own our home.  Highly recommend them!

The first service was great. All visits there after were less than to be desired. They broke a few planter edging and left tire marks on numerous occasions even after discussing my concerns with the main office. I canceled the service after one month.

They were pretty good.

I'll give them an overall grade of C.

They’re here all the time.  I think its $52 for the fertilization and may be $90 for the landscaping.  They just do a really good job and they’re very thorough.  There may be a little tinge in there sometimes but not much.  They do pretty well though and their price is good.  Their quality, responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism are all very good.  I’ve been using them for years.

It is pretty much what I hire them to do.  They do what they say they are going to do and at a reasonable price.  My lawn looks great.

They were excellent; outstanding. They do everything. They have been absolutely wonderful and we've been with them for four years now. I will not let them go.

It is to early determine the overall effectiveness especially since this is the winter season. The two servicemen answered our questions and seemed to know what they were doing. ,

They are very professional on time do what they are payed to do they clean up trimmings and will do everything agreed upon. not a yearly contract you pay for services done

Their reasonable and their in line with the other landscaping businesses in the area. They saved my lawn. They really did a great job they brought back a lawn that I thought was dead. What I particularly liked was they they didn't try to sell me extra services that I didn't need. I thought I had t replace sod, which was expensive, and they said no they can bring the grass back and restore it and they did that.

We live in a large community with 4 golf courses and security. Pratt's does the work for 16 of the 36 villa association and they do all of the fertilizing, and anything to do with lawn care. They do an excellent job and are highly recommended.
