Seemed high. Took it to a competing shop and they fixed it for $122.
I used this shop several times and trusted them but this was the last straw for me. I just cannot trust a shop that is either charging me for unnecessary work or is not competent enough to diagnose the problem correctly.
Unfortunately, the custom exhaust system bangs against the gas tank and the trailing arm in two places. I could have gotten a better deal buying the replacement system from a parts store on discount and with the rebates it would have been about $160-$200 exact fit and installed it myself.
