Salesman doesn?t know the product. Installers damaged tile and complained about installing door hardware. Doors were installed flush to the outside instead of recessed like every other door on my house. Can?t get them to make it right for me. No contact from anyone or any offer of compensation without pursuing them. The gentleman they sent to do measurements did not have a measuring tape. I?m a disabled Veteran and feel that they have taken advantage of me. They don?t manufacture the doors. Hire someone else to install them.

Everyone was so friendly and respectful. They came to the house took measurements shoed me door options and gave me an estimate within 48 hrs. They beat the others by $1k in price and the doors are outstanding quality.

They got the basics right. Arrived on time and the installation of 2 exterior kitchen doors on my duplex went fine. The doors fit like they were supposed to but there were dirty hand prints all over the doors and frames. Not to worry, the finisher (Adam) would be here after the building inspector. The inspection went fine and a week later Adam was here. He spent about 5 minutes on each door filling in the screw and nail holes with putty and they were not done very well. Some were not filled completely and some were not smooth. I asked him about putting up a curtain rod over the window in the door and his exact words were if you put up a curtain rod you will void the warranty! Not believing this I called and they emailed a copy of the warranty to me. It said no such thing. The next day Tim, the owner, called me. I asked about the holes that were not finished properly and he told me the painter (that I have to hire) should apply more putty and sand them. I thought that was what the finisher(Adam) was going to do. Then I mentioned the dirty handprints all over the door frames and he replied to make sure the painter wipes the doors before he paints them. WHAT? I just paid you $3500 for 2 basic doors and you could not wipe off the handprints that you put on there? Could not even remove the residue from the stickers that were on the door? It is a shame, a little pride in workmanship and attention to detail would have made this a 5 star review. No effort was made to make me a satisfied customer, instead, Tim just gave me a bunch of lame excuses (a dog could pull the curtains and rip the curtain rod off the door). He never told me about the self-adhesive curtain rod hooks that are available. Sorry guys, it seemed like you just wanted to get done.

I was very disappointed with the trim work on my new patio door. Called the office while the installers were finishing up. Adam came to examine the job done. He was able to understand my feelings. This was 2days before Christmas. Asked me how I wanted the finished project to look. Adam and Darren came back Dec 27. The end result is beautiful. Adam is a perfectionist which I appreciate. Thank you for making things right.

They did a beautiful job! I felt safe with the people they sent out, as I am an older woman who lives alone. They were very thorough, respectful, and professional. Highly communicative and responsive! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Solid work

We are sooooo happy with our new windows and our new entry door!! Starting from the first visit from the salesman Travis, to the guys who came to install!! Just on time, as promised!! The installation was very professionally done and the guys didn't waste any time. They were focused on their work although it was very HOT outside!! Our home is now protected from the elements (the house had very old windows). It looks so beautiful now!! We definitely recommend this company to everyone!!

Lipton windows responded to my request to look at several windows they installed in my renovated unit which had issues. The service people found the problems (manufacturer problems) and resolve the issue in a speedy fashion. This time I had them over because of a sliding door that I thought was having issues. Adam and Jeff were superior workers. They solved the problem and even thoroughly cleaned up after themselves! This company is first class. You will find people from the office staff to the installation staff not only qualified, but very very pleasant. I like the fact that when they tell you they will do something or be there for an appointment at a certain time, they follow through without a hitch. I highly recommend this company to anybody who is looking for windows and good Service.

Lipton Window and Door replaced 11 widows for us almost 2 years ago. The installer did a great job and was very quick and professional. An issue developed with one of the windows and they sent someone out right away. The problem was a warranty repair due to a manufacturing issue. Lipton worked with the factory to get a replacement and kept us up to date several times during the process. The issue has been corrected and we could not be any happier with the service Lipton provided. I highly recommend them.

The windows are a nice improvement to my home. They look great, the installers arrived on time, did a good job and cleaned up after themselves. I just wish I had known how difficult it would be to remove windows and screens for cleaning due to my vertical blinds.

Eleven windows and three sliders were replaced which included five window sills. Excellent job with all. They were prompt in showing up and the office staff kept me well informed .
