They were great.  They all came when I called them for an estimate that was no problem.  They're very honest people.  It's a very small company and they got family so they had to take a couple of days off because there was no school and his wife works in the office.  They would let me know ahead of time that there was no one office and gave me his cellular number to call so I could reach him to whatever questions I would have.  The big thing was after I called them and showed them the tile I wanted, they made a point to get connected to the firm that makes it and get it for us.  They did line up with that company so we could get our tile.
