The work was adequate, but the billing was confusing. They would send two bills for one service call. Last bill came 2 1/2 months after service was performed. We will never use them again.

I had been using Knight Pest Control for almost 4 years and they were great! And then, in the last year or so, different techs. They have not called day before coming, as I had requested and they always had done. They no longer come in the house, yet charge the same. When I contacted the company, I was told "coming in the house is not a regular part of the service, only the outside unless you contact us"...when did that change? And, they cannot get even access the full outside of the house unless someone is home due to a locked gate (hence the call the day before request). I was told by a curt receptionist that in order to discontinue service, I had to submit the request in writing....ummm,..I don't have a contract in writing. Very poor customer service all the way around for a loyal customer. I would choose another company.

Great! Tony not only saved me from buying a half acre termite colony, but when I told him I had another prospective property, he squeezed me into his busy schedule right away. Awesome!

Knight Pest Control did a great job. They came in and inspected the house, answered all questions and concerns before they left. Inspection took about 1 hour, they checked attic, crawl space, and mostly outside walls. Official report was sent the next day with their findings.

Gave no good reason for treatment, did not trust them.

We had used this service for roughly 3 yrs. when we first started we had a very nice older gentlemen and he did a great job. They then switch us to younger guy who also did a very good job and we were very happy with the service. Then they switched us to a female that first of all lied said she came to our place they sent us a bill and lucky for me I have a camera system at my house and played the video and she was not here we also have a front gate and it was closed an she could not have gotten into our house. One other time that she came we had wasp problem and she tells my wife we have a wasp problem and that it needs taken care of and my wife say well are you not the pest control company and she says well I don't have any wasp spray on my truck today. I find that problematic considering that's what you are suppose to do. She could have said she didn't have any but she would come back and take care of it. Because of these issues we had with her we called to try and get back one of the original people that we had and were very happy with our service we were getting. Well turns out that they didn't care and told us they could not do anything about it and we were stuck with her. I find that very disturbing an a shame because it leads to a bad review and me finding a new pest control. To be fair they did take care of he bill that was sent when she was suppose to be here and was not. They also wanted to call us and let us know when she was coming, but most of the time she wants to come early morning knowing we both work in the healthcare field and work days into mid evening. She would come but could only do the outside of the house but we still got billed the same amount.

We have been using Knight Pest Control, particularly Scott, since we moved here 2 1/2 years ago. They come approximately every three months and will come back within a month if you have a problem. Today Scott performed the usual service inside and outside but had to "bring out the big guns" for an ant infestation outside the house. It seems the ants are using the edge of our patio as a runway from a nest somewhere out there in the back. The ants were running along the back of the lanai and were all over the place. We even saw a couple in the front of the house in our bathroom. Scott is always professional and courteous and takes care of the problems. I will continue to use them time and time again.

We have been very pleased with the personal service. We work with Scott for the home extermination and he is wonderful.

These folks are prompt and always willing to bend over backwards to accommodate your schedule; they're also extremely well priced.  I highly recommend!

My grass is looking very nice and I have no problems with insects. I have grass only in the front, and it's not very large of an area; it doesn't take them long to do the work -- about 20 minutes total.

They were on time and did the inspection.

Several of our people complained about the proximity of this nest. Since our project manager is severely allergic to bee stings I called Knight Pest control.Jacky responded, spotted the nest, and explained she would be back after dark when all the bees had returned to th e nest. She returned about 8:30PM and treated the nest, being stung three times in the process. No more yellow jackets.
