They were excellent! They scheduled to look at the work that need to be done. I had squatters that used my yard as a dump! There were couches, mattresses, tires, old mowers, carpets, and then a mound of just plan old junk! They scheduled a time sent pictures of before and after shots. I am out of state! The really worked there tail ends off! Jams Junk were professional, punctual and very fair! Thank you!

Jene & his brother, Blair, were superb. They are exceptionally professional, calling ahead of time to indicate when they would arrive (they arrived on time), & carrying out the job without a complaint. I might add that this job was not an easy one given the weight of the books they needed to carry downstairs multiple times. I would use them again without any question.

For my first time using an Angies List approved company, I am very happy with the results. I contacted Jams Junk Removal on a Saturday and our broken pool heater was removed Sunday morning. Gene was great to work with, they arrived when they said they would and the price was reasonable.

From start to finish Jams was wonderful. They responded right away to my initial request for a quote, made a convenient appointment for me, showed up on time, worked efficiently, cleaned up, and were very polite and professional. I will use them again and can recommend them without hesitation.

I contacted Jams Junk Removal earlier in the week.  A representative answered immediately and quoted me a price of $75 to remove and haul away two queen-size mattress and box spring sets from a rented storage unit.  We scheduled the removal for 2/25/16 at 10:00 a.m.
A little before 10:00 a.m. on 2/25/16, a Jams representative called me to let me know he was about 5 minutes away from the storage facility. He and another representative were present and were very cordial and professional. They loaded the mattress sets into the trailer beds of their trucks, secured them appropriately, accepted my payment of $75 and left.  
This was an excellent experience from a customer service perspective all the way around. It was easy to reach someone, set an appointment, get a quote and have timely, friendly, professional service provided as promised.  I would very much recommend Jams Junk Removal to anyone for this type of service.

Jene was punctual, responsive and worked with me on price since he was hauling something in the area and could get it on his truck today. Price was excellent and would recommend him for any demo or removal. Professional appearance and great attiudde.

I called them up and they came by my home within 30 minutes which was quicker than expected. :)
Looked at the items to be removed including some rotting dog houses in my backyard. Provided a quote and done. They removed all the items quickly and efficiently. 
Items included one old rear projection TV, one small TV and lots of boxes full a junk. A coffee table and small table. 
Will definitely do business with them again!
