Jade's Concrete

The work was excellent.  He completed the job promptly at the beginning of the year as agreed upon.  He followed special requests, especially making sure that the porch was well drained.

He did a great job with all the concrete work I had done. He did it at a good price. He poured a lot of concrete, I don't have much of the backyard left which is what I wanted. I just couldn't afford to concrete the whole thing over. He built me a big planter out there, a big one for a tree. It's a big 4 x 4 and it's beautiful. You can sit on top of it. The lip of it is made for extra seating because we felt it's the right type for seats. He was absolutely awesome. I was very happy with all that he did. That's why we'll have him come back and do more. When I heard people getting charged for smaller concrete jobs around here, he does real well. He tries to work within everybody's budget if he can. I have not been disappointed with the work that he did. He also did the stucco on the new room and he would hopefully be doing the stucco when I get the garage put up too. He would be there when he said he would. I would recommend him to anybody that needs concrete work done and we have recommended him several times.

Jade's widened our entrance walk way to our front door and then did a side walk to the side of our house. They did a great job as per our request. Troy and the other person with him on this job were both professional from the begging of it to the end of it. We will have them come again most certainly!!

The sidewalks look excellent and they appeared to take pride in what they do. The estimate seemed to be fair to us for the job. This is a follow up to my previous review of Jade's Concrete..
I am VERY happy to report that almost a year later, I am still very happy with the work they did for me. My slab has NO CRACKS and it just came out perfectly. I wish I could say the same about the foundation of my house (done by another company which is not in business anymore) which has cracks all over the place. I thought readers would be interested in finding out how my slab was doing a year later as sometimes cracks don't happen right away.

I called several companies and left a lot of messages for this job, and only a few places called me back at all, but Jade's Concrete called me back the same day and actually seemed interested in doing the job for me. The slab I wanted was fairly complicated incorporating a floor drain, as well as 9 pipes coming up through the slab, and the slab also had a step in it. The day before the day we were planning on getting the job done, it was very rainy and they were concerned that it would rain again during the job. It was nice that they were concerned with my project coming out well. We rescheduled it for the following Monday, and had a nice clear day. They showed up at a reasonable time and got everything formed and set up fairly quickly. They were very knowledgeable, and had no problem dealing with some of the unusual aspects of my project. Quite a bit of fill was needed, which I had on hand, and they got that all in place and leveled out in a very timely manner. The concrete truck showed up at just the right time, very good scheduling, they were not standing around waiting on it, and the truck also was not waiting around at all. the pour went extremely well also, their estimate on the amount of concrete to order was amazingly accurate. Finishing went very well, the pitch to the drain was perfect, and they went beyond my expectations by rounding the corners of the slab. Everything came out better than expected and I'm very happy with it. I will defiantly call them again when I need other concrete projects done.

I had 2 small concrete pads to be installed for a total of 154 sq. feet. I called 2 companies from Angie's List but it was too small for them to be involved and 1 that gave a price that I considered to be a little high. I called Jade's Concrete from the local phone book and their representative came over the next day. He gave me a written estimate on the spot, for a price that I considered very reasonable, so I gave him the job. They started the next morning and 2 men worked all day. They had to wheel all of the concrete 150 feet from the street because no pump was available that day. They did an excellent job and left everything cleaned up when they finished. I will have no problem using them again or recommending them to others.
