It used to a very good company but the good people was quit and a lot of turnover. The performance went South. The woman who answer the phone was not good for customer and very bad attitude. We had to terminate this company after years and years in service with them.

They treated for the ants and the ants are gone..    For now.. this is Florida.. but I know, when the ants return, I just have to pick up the phone and call. 

this was a service call in between our normal treatments. It was part of the contract, so no extra monies out of pocket. 

I have used this company since we bought our home in 1998, and have had great service.  I would recommend them 100%.

I've used HomeTeam for more than a year now.  Ernest is my technician that comes out quarterly and he does a fantastic job.
He never cuts corners, is very polite and very detailed oriented.  Also, he always wears show covers to ensure he doesn't track in any dirt through the house.  Where these guys really shined is when we had a horrible tick problem.  If any of you have ever had a tick infestation, then you know how difficult it is to get rid of them.  We paid a very fair flat price that was to guarantee that the ticks would be gone.  We have a fairly large 2 story house with trees and some woods behind us so this was no easy task.  The ticks had spread pretty much all over the house before we realized there was a problem. Home Team came out weekly for a few months until we got rid of them all.  They had gotten into the most obscure areas of the house so this was a difficult task.  They did a great job and spent numerous hours  over a few months and went over every inch of the house until the job was complete.  It was incredible the crazy areas, cracks and crevices they found ticks.  HomeTeam rocks  and Ernest is Awesome.

We will be using their services four times a year for pest control both inside and outside. They came on time, were upfront with pricing and had excellent customer service.

Home Team is very reliable, and we don't have issues.  If I have a question, they get right back to me.  Everyone does a good job.  The price is good, and the quality is good.  They have been over and above for responsiveness, and I will definitely keep using them in the future.

Home Team Pest Defense's service was very quick. I called them back when I saw a bug and they came out immediately.

Their staff is phenomenal and professional but their pricing is high. Overall, I'm satisfied with their service except for their pricing which is too expensive compared to other service providers.

If I call them for a problem, they will send someone out the next day. They always leave little notes of what they done and the price is fair.

I like that they service tubes in walls, because my house was built with that capability. The overall experience is excellent. The price and quality are excellent. They are responsive, punctual, and professional. I will continue to use this company in the future.

I have been using Home Team for a long time. They come out quarterly and treat the outside of the house. Earlier this year (for the first time) I began seeing bugs inside my home. I called and they came out that same day and treated the inside of the house and that corrected the problem. . They always call day prior to coming out. There are multiple listings for Home Team and Hometeam Pest Defense on Angie's List which I assume is because of different locations. The one I use is the Port Richie location which I don't have a problem recommending, can't speak for the other 5 or 6 listings.

Have always found this company and its staff to be extraordinarily professional in all they do.  Exactly the kind of approach you want taken.  Communication directly to you through phone calls when needed and truly interested in your feedback on their performance.

They're good, they always ask if there is anything they could do. They are just very professional.

They called me and said they were taking over for the previous providers. I "clearly" told them I did not want to continue with thier service. They were from out of town. I did not have any contract with my previous provider. They said OK but sent workers any how without my knowledge. I'm rarely at that location. I paid them because I figured it was a mistake and again I "clearly" told them I did not want thier service. This happened two or three times so I just quit paying them and they stopped. The problem is they turned me over to a collection agency. Now I have a mark on my record because they provide services even though you don't want them, I suggest to never get started with them because they will not stop and you will be forced to pay for something you didn't want.

We have tubes in our walls and they come out pump the pest control solutions in to these tubes from the outside and shoot the stuff up in to the walls. They have been doing this for us for fifteen years. They are always on time and they are great. You have to have those tubes put in when the house is built. I don't think that can be done once the house is build. Somebody who is building a new house I would recommend them to use Home Team Pest Defense. Their price is comparable with other companies. We never questioned their price because that's the way the house was build and we have always used them. You never have to call them they just come out every three months and do the work. They usually call to say they are coming and they are here. You don't even have to remind them. I would continue to use them.
