GULFSIDE DOCKS COASTAL CONSTRUCTION

This is by far the best company I have ever worked with. Marina Kelley came out immediately to give us an estimate. They worked with SnapJacket with a new piling product. Both teams were very professional and responsive. Paul was on site and always dealt with questions or any oversights (mostly on my end) in such a positive way it was refreshing. Marina always answered my calls or got back to me within hours. Every detail no matter how small was taken care of with a smile. My only complaint would be the length of the project, but we started the week after the hurricane and I know there were "old" customers that had emergencies, so it's not even fair to review them on that aspect. I almost miss having them on site. If all my vendors could be like this team, my job as a Condo president, would be a breeze. An A rating isn't high enough for them! This was a 17 slip dock with a fishing pier. 2 of our neighbors hired them after seeing the finished product.

They did everything on time, on budget and without much hassle, and they cleaned up well.  It was a good job.  I called three different companies and they gave me the best price and they were the most responsive of the three companies.  When I build a new dock, they'll be the first one on my list.

I was pleased with their services and would recommend them to others in the future. They did a great job and accomplished everything we asked them to do. The price was reasonable and they were ontime.

Had small problems with settings on boat lift. Took a week to get someone out to do adjustments.
On of the pilons used was too short therefore lift had to be mounted almost a foot lower than what is usual according to one of the company's carpenters.

My experience with Gulfside Docks Coastal Construction has been great. They are currently installing a boat lift for me. The job that they are currently doing, will take about 4 weeks. I have had them do work in the past as well. I would definitely use them in the future.

They removed my old dock efficiently and in a timely manner. Since the dock was very unstable I was concerned about the high winds during hurricane season and they handled the demolition quickly and efficiently for me. I intend to have them build a new dock shortly.
