Frank's Complete Lawn Care Service's

I called on a Wednesday two and half weeks ago for him to mow the lawn by Friday. He said he could come on Friday but he did not show up. He called Saturday and said he couldn't make it until Sunday and he also did not show up then. We called Monday and he said the lawn mower is broken and the part should be in the following day. A few days past without him calling or showing up. I called him and he said it was supposed to be there but had not come when it was supposed to. The next day I called again and he apologized for not coming out and he would try to come again the following day. I called and he told me he was in the hospital and he was sorry and would come again, but once again did not show. I called again and keep getting the vm and that was full. So ultimately I had to have someone else come out to do the job. The services were already paid for as prior of the job for the part. So he has had the money for over 12 days. The only reason he is not getting a F, is because he previously did good work.

Showed up when promised and did a great job.  We have recommend him to our neighbors.  He is hard worker and very respectful.  We will continue to use he and his crew.

Frank (or his employee) comes every 2 to 3 weeks, has cut the grass so short that it died.  I did pay him today for this month, expressing my dismay for his lack of work ethic but feeling bad about his poor health..  I have tried to email him but his email does not work.  The weed that is as tall as I am in the back hedge is still there, even after I complained about it.  There has been NO total care, only lawn mowing every 2 to 3 weeks.  There is no follow-up care.

Overall initial talk and meeting with Frank and his wife was very pleasant. He assured me that he could provide me with the services I needed. Paid 90.00 for the month of March and. $140 for 4 bags of fertilizer the week of March 16. Also pd 90.00 for month of April. He was supposed to come the March 17th after 4p.m., then the 18th between 4 and 5p.m. I do not recall if service was ever provided or not that week.

No service provided weeks of March  22 and March 29th.

April 1 Frank called, said they would come that day or Thurs April 2. We meanwhile left town, came home April 6, lawn still not done.Left mess on Angie list/Frank site, no call by April 7. April 7, Tues I called at lunch time asking if I should find another provider. Received a call back right away. Explains health reasons and equip problems. He will do Palms Sun. Workers arrived at 1p.m.

April 13. Frank called a.m. Said it was raining in Spring Hill, would come 14th and we would be 1or 2nd stop. April 14 Frank came 3p.m. Trimmed palms. Did not do lawn at my request, too dry, grass not long enough. They will ck again Sat. 

Aril 18th Sat. No show. Called Thurs 23rd. Frank said he lost a worker, but would be here for sure Fri or Sat.

April 25th Sat.No show. Frank called after 3ish and asked if ok to come Sunday between 1 and 2p.m. I said we would call it quits if  he no showed.

April 26th Sun, as of 5p.m. no show. I sent a text ending our arrangement. I feel between lack of workers and health issues is what  prevented this provider from giving me the services I needed. He should have informed me from the start.  Mrs Eads

He is doing quite well. I just talked with him this week and he is going to re-mulch my plant beds for me and plant trees. His service is very good.

They do wonderful work. They are very responsible and prompt. I've used them for the past year and a half.

today is july 28th and still have not heard from them.

They provide an excellent service. I will hire them again because they do excellent work.

They are on Angie's list. They have a very reasonable price and they had a lot of good recommendations so I decided to go with him. So far, he has been fine as far as I can tell. I do not use him too often, but I hire him on a regular basis. He was very responsive.

We were looking to hire a lawn care service to mow the lawn on a weekly basis and found Frank's on Angie's List. Because we have large oak trees on our property we also wanted the fallen leaves removed ($175.00). Frank's removed the leaves and cut the lawn. We were very impressed with the results (and thrilled at not having to rack the leaves ourselves). Since then Frank's has returned 2 additional times for the weekly lawn service. We continue to be impressed with the service and would highly recommend him and his team to friends.

Although I did do the work after all, he appeared to know what he is doing and suggested some ways to complete the project.

We also agreed to further monthly arrangements. He showed up on time, he performed the services quoted and did them quickly. He was conscientious of my schedule as a night nurse going forward as well. I will rate him going forward on future services but for this first encounter, I am very pleased. I might add, this was my first and quot;angie's listand quot; experience as well. So all in all, pretty awesome.

Frank and his crew have exceeded my expectations in taking care of my lawn. They do what needs to be done and then some to keep my yard looking great. In addition, Frank is a really good guy-he's the kind of person I like to give my business to. I'm new to the area and have mobility issues, and Frank has helped me out with a few things around the house when I couldn't find anyone else. If you want a great looking lawn at a reasonable price from good people then Frank and his crew are your guys.

For a vacation property I was looking for a yard service, called two other companies and got no return call. I emailed Frank and by the following day I got a response. He went to the property that week as he said he would and got back to me with a price for weekly service. I have had the occasion to email him for information and he has always been responsive. Have only bee down once since he started, but the yard looked good.

Frank and his crew were on time and finished the job in a timely manner. They did an excellent job and I hired them for a future job. My place looks great!

They have done a great job so far. We pay $80 per month and they come out every week. They cut the grass, weed, mulch and plant for us. They are the best we have ever had for landscaping and yard work. They are very professional.

He was very punctual and polite. He got right to cutting the yard. I would highly recommend this company!

Amazing

Service is great and our lawn is taken care of promptly and within a great schedule. Only once did I question the service and I was informed they were having equipment issues. They borrowed equipment to take care of our lawn while theirs was being serviced. I am very happy with their service!
