Extremely poor experience after thinking this was a reputable company. When things went wrong, their true character showed through. We have thousands of dollars in damages due to an improper new HVAC installation. We were originally told they would make things right but instead were offered a partial ($2000) refund as long as we signed an agreement that we wouldn't post a negative review publicly. Once we refused that offer, they have not returned our calls, certified letters or emails. They did not have the county close the permit on the job, therefore no county inspector ever signed off on their work. Be very careful.

I really needed 2 different split units installed fast and inexpensive. Mike Pekarek and his team at Farrell Air Conditioning really delivered!!!! I could not of asked for a more "Professional and Punctual" company!!!! The wife and I are truly impressed!!!! Thanks Mike and Farrell Air Conditioning!!!!

My mom used Farrell and was happy with them. Completely satisfied! Competitive price. These guys will be here if something goes wrong. They showed up when they said and did what they said they'd do.
