Received an initial quote of $628, then another quote of $828 a few days later. Quote was raised to cover cost of drilling into concrete to secure post on one side of the house. They did NOT to drill into the concrete to secure the post after all, I did only pay the $628. 2 men crew showed up and did not have the required amount of fencing needed to complete the job as there was a lack of communication between whomever quoted and the person putting the materials for the job. The had to leave and come back a few hours later to finish. One of the crew members did report that he broke a sprinkler line. When the irrigation company came the following week they discovered 2 breaks in 2 separate lines. The irrigation company did repair one of the lines, however the other line was completely destroyed and they did not attempt to fix it. I reached out to Extreme Fencing and explained to them what the issue was. They immediately referred to the bold type on their quote that states "Not responsible for underground sprinklers".While I certainly understand their right to adhere to that policy, I also understand that business who attempt to actually provide exemplary customer service and care about repeat customers, tend be more successful.

From the initial contact with Garry (through the phone calls and e-mails, on-site assessment, my various changes to the plan and the completion of the job by Stan) this team was efficient, professional, accommodating, courteous and honest. While the work was preformed, I observed the 2 men crew working diligently and cooperatively for hours. When the installation was finished, they were very attentive to details in cleaning the property. I am very pleased with the staff and the great job on the fence. Our property looks great and our beloved pets are safe again.

From the beginning, I was treated courteously and professionally. I had contacted Extreme Fence online and received a price quote from the measurements I entered. Once we closed on our house, Gary, the foreman, came out to survey the property and take exact measurements. Gary was friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced. I was pleasantly surprised when he quoted me a price that was below the online quote. We signed the contract and about a week later, Gary and his helper (I'm sorry but I don't remember his name) showed up with our fence and immediately began erecting it. Unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate and they had to leave the job before finishing, but I am sure that the job would have been completed in just one day if not for Mother Nature!
Gary and his helper returned the next day and within hours, our new fence was done. I was impressed with the careful attention to the details, the hard work that was put in, and the quality of the materials.
As Gary took my payment, he assured me that he would be back if anything went wrong. I am confident that I won't be calling him and that we will be enjoying our fence for years to come.

"I think that Mr. [Member Name Removed] has us confused with another contractor. Extreme Fence installed 450 feet of PVC fence, valued at $6,000.00 around the entire rear of his property. The installation was performed in the summer of 2014 not on December 14, 2015 as this posting suggests."

They did a wonderful job. They completed the job in one day. Everything was done professionally. They were right on time. I would recommend them, in fact I already have. They were reasonable in terms of their pricing too.

The fence itself it good, he also gave me good advice. He was correct with the type of the fence that I needed to have installed. I was concerned that he did not listen to what I was asking for, just kind of did what he wanted. I specifically asked for it not to slope down, but it does. They also destroyed my sprinkler system! Instead of just taking the heads off and laying them to the side, they just ripped them up and threw them across the yard. Even pulling out about 2 feet of the hose. I am not happy that I have to now replace my sprinkler system.
They also advised me that there was lifetime warranty with this fence installation. When I contacted them about the warranty to see if they were going to provide it to me, they said I could get it online. I do not believe that can make any sense, anyone would be able to say they had a warranty.

The pricing was excellent......the installers, Stan and his partner, were wonderful. They did a very professional job, they were friendly and very courteous, and I would reuse them without hesitation.
Responsiveness was the only minor problem we had. Cliff gave us our original verbal quote, but forgot to come back to give us the contract.
However, all is well that ends well!

We had to coordinate the majority of the estimating long distance from Seattle prior to our move, but took time to visit Extreme's shop while in Florida for the holidays. Gary and his crew did a fabulous job! We asked for a combination design to allow for privacy on the sides of the house and open views on the back overlooking the golf course. Gary customized the fence components to meet our needs and the final product has gotten many compliments.

I had all the material and the owner charged me way too much to install after he had already given me a price to install. Bad business.

"IT SEEMS THAT EVERY THOUSAND INSTALLATIONS OR SO I AM FORCED TO DEFEND MYSELF AGAINST FALSE ACCUSATIONS. EXTREME FENCE WAS INITIALLY CONTACTED BY THIS MEMBER WHO REQUESTED A FREE ESTIMATE FOR A PVC FENCE THAT HE WANTED TO HAVE INSTALLED. WE WERE HAPPY THAT HE CALLED US AND WE PROMPTLY GAVE THE REQUESTED ESTIMATE. WE DID NOT PRESSURE HIM TO MAKE A DECISION AND SIMPLY LEFT HIM A COPY OF THE PROPOSAL. HE CONTACTED US AGAIN A FEW DAYS LATER SAYING THAT HE HAD PURCHASED THE FENCE MATERIAL ELSEWHERE AND THAT HE WANTED US TO INSTALL IT IMMEDIATELY. WE NORMALLY DO NOT INSTALL ANY FENCE WHICH WE DO NOT PROVIDE, BUT HE INSISTED THAT HE WANTED US TO DO THE INSTALLATION. WE QUOTED A PRICE TO DO THE JOB AND HE AGREED. WE DID NOT ASK FOR A DEPOSIT AND WERE NOT PAID ANY MONIES UNTIL AFTER THE WORK WAS COMPLETED AND HE SAID THAT HE WAS SATISFIED. HE WAS SO SATISFIED IN FACT THAT HE GAVE THE INSTALLERS A TIP. THE FENCE WAS INSTALLED MONTHS AGO AND WE HAVE HAD NO OTHER CONVERSATIONS WITH HIM SINCE THEN. IF HE THOUGHT THAT THE PRICE WE QUOTED WAS UNREASONABLE HE SHOULD HAVE CALLED ANOTHER COMPANY OR TWO BEFORE CONTRACTING WITH EXTREME FENCE. IF HE WAS UNHAPPY WITH THE QUALITY OF OUR WORKMANSHIP IT WAS UP TO HIM TO SAY SOMETHING BEFORE HE PAID FOR THE INSTALLATION. EXTREME FENCE PRIDES ITSELF ON HAVING AN OUTSTANDING REPUTATION. WE DO NOT ASK FOR A DEPOSIT PRIOR TO STARTING A JOB AND WE ALWAYS RESPOND TO ANY ISSUES THAT OUR CUSTOMERS MAY HAVE. EXTREME FENCE HAS AN A RATING WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, WHO AT LEAST WOULD HAVE THE COURTESY OF CONTACTING THE BUSINESS OWNER WITH THE CONSUMERS COMPLAINT BEFORE CARELESSLY POSTING SLANDEROUS REMARKS ON THEIR WEBSITE. HIS QUALITY OF WORK WAS HORRIBLE. GARY WAS RUDE, THEY DO NOT RETURN CALLS, THEY DO NOT SHOW UP WHEN THE SAY THEY WILL, AND THEY FORCED US TO PAY, BEFORE THE JOB WAS DONE.
