Don’t use this company. Charged me $225.00 for 20 minutes. No part were used. Just moved a couple of wires.

"[Member Name Removed] It wasn’t moving one wire it was trying to fiqure out your wires and troubleshooting the problems of work you did yourself. $225 is a very fair price for a company to send out a technician that knows how to troubleshoot and solve your problems. We made your non working system work again. You aren’t paying for our time you are paying for our experience and knowledge. Have a great day. You where charged the bare minimum for a troubleshoot and repair including the service call!"

These guys didn’t fix my broken zone and couldn’t even find the valve. They were pretty incompetent and still charged $200. Their method for trying to find the valve was to put a clicker in the control box and then roam around the yard holding a pipe to their ear! They couldn’t find it and quit. The clicker made the valve open once, but only once. Smarter guys would have tried finding any of the valves in case they were co-located. Do not hire these guys, they charge you without fixing anything

Called Jason on Monday and we scheduled for Tuesday, I liked that I received text messages saying date and time of appointment, and also a text when to expect him. Jason was very friendly. He was quick and efficient and knew what he was doing. Will defiantly use him again!

Jason (owner) got back to me immediately, and we scheduled the appointment for the next day. He arrived on time, spotted the problem, and repaired 3 cracks in the pipe quickly and efficiently. Jason was careful not to step on garden plants, and his demeanor was pleasant. I used the Angie's coupon to save $10. on overall system check.

Discount Sprinkler Service came out immediately when I called and checked the system. The shut-off valve was stuck for the location...when the technician turned the system off and then back on it re-set itself and was ok. (I tried this one time and it did not work before he came out.) He did not charge me anything for the service call. I will use this company when I have a problem with the sprinkler system.

If you are looking for an honest, efficient and affordable company, you should hire these guys! Jason showed up right on time and repaired my sprinkler system within an hour! Three of my zones were not working. Another company told me I needed a new box AFTER they had done other extensive underground work.Jason found that wires to the 3 non-working zones were not even connected. Incidentally, they used to be connected, because i have used this system for over 10 years. HUMMMMMM??? Once he connected the wires, he ran through each zone, redirected and fixed a couple sprinkler heads, and my system is working perfectly! I will refer Discount Sprinkler Service to all of my friends and will call him again the next time I need help with my sprinkler.
