Not good. They rushed through the job each time. One time they tried to leave without even edging. Areas were missed every time. They came 4 times. I have gone back to doing it myself. The owner is a nice man who responded to my cocerns but the crew never got it the way I can do it. (I can take all the time I need to get it done the way I want it.). I do have pics on my phone but don't know how get them to this ipad. Tony

They’re paid monthly. So far, it’s been fine. They’re dependable. They do a good job. What more can I say. They’re doing a good job. They come when they’re supposed to come. They do what they’re supposed to do. At this point, I am very satisfied with them.

They do a good job. Their very fair on their prices. Their very good on their work, very efficient. They have a great eye to detail. Their very good people to work with. I highly recommend them. They are truly a company that truly earned an A in all categories. They care about the customer. They provide a good value. They are detail oriented. They come weekly. In the winter time they go to once every two weeks. It's charged on a monthly basis. Their the only ones I use. I had another company I used for years and I got very dissatisfied with the lack of detail, response and professionalism and I dropped them. These people are so easy to talk to and I'm not hard to talk to. I'm educated and I expect people to communicate. Their a good company and their happy with me. they always have at least two people here and their done in less than an hour. They do terrific work. They jump on it and get it done nicely and their gone.

I had a good experience. I was out of state and John at Bladerunner Lawn Care did not mind me mailing payment and doing business via phone, email, and text. When I got to the house the lawn looked well maintained. I appreciate their service.

Blade Runners came out on Thurs, 6/23 which surprised me since I had asked for the next Thurs, 6/30. No problem. There was 2 young men and 1 older man that came out to do the service. I am in the process of putting my house on the market and wanted some weeding done in the front. We also had some trash that had to be disposed of which Mr. Traugh agreed to do. We had wood, cardboard signs, a metal table and a tire. Mr. Traugh said he would have trouble with the tire, but agreed to take everything including what we had in the shed (paint, buckets of stones and river rocks) and wood alongside the shed. When I called him for the third time, (which he complained about later) we told him that the trash company had taken what was at the curb, except for the tire. The weeding I asked for was not much...there were few weeds but I had to go out and show them where they missed. The 2 young man weren't very ambitious. My spouse had to tell them to take the vines off the back fence that Mr. Traugh had agreed to do. After the weeding was finished, I was asked to provide a check for $80.00 which I provided. Monday, 6/27 around 5pm I received a phone call from Mr. Traugh about the service call on 6/23. Mr. Traugh said that I was very disrespectful to his workers and he was not pleased. I said I was sorry they thought I was disrespectful and that was not my intention that they felt that way. I told him his 2 young workers were not ambitious and that I had to go out to show them what they missed with weeding. He said they only agreed to do light weeding and they were not going to pull "every little blade of grass". He said he told me that and that they would spray the rest. I saw no spray. I asked about taking care of the weeds in the cracks in the driveway and sidewalks when Mr. Traugh initially came out to give us a price quote and he assured me that was one of his "pet peeves" and they would be sprayed. Again no spraying done. His phone call quickly escalated in him yelling and saying I lied about the trash and he made no money on the deal. I am surprised because if he took all the trash and tire to the Hudson incinerator, the only thing he would pay a nominal ($2.50) fee for was the tire. He told me that what he should do is bring the trash back and dump it back in my yard. I said go ahead and while he did that I would be taking pictures and calling the sheriff's office. He said he was too classy to do that, so my question is, why say it? He charged me $50 to take the trash. The edging that was done was so-so. Even though I was not 100% happy with the service, I was going to give them another chance since I wouldn't have the odd things to be done the next trip. Mr. Traugh said I better find someone else because they would not be back. I finally had to hang up on him because he was doing nothing but yelling. Mr. Traugh needs to take a course in customer service for sure. If he had any maturity he would have come out and I would have shown him what was done and what wasn't. We could have had an adult conversation and not the yelling and screaming. I would have understood if he had just said that it wouldn't work out servicing my property. Short and sweet. Not all the yelling and nastiness he did when he called. What a disappointment.

"Ms. [Member Name Removed], I am sincerely sorry that you were so unhappy with the service we provided. We do pride ourselves in doing a great job for a fair price. When we came over and met with you we discussed all of the things that you wanted done and we gave you a price of $150.00. You later called us and told us that the garbage man had taken most of the items that were left at the end of the driveway. You asked if we would discount the price because of this and we agreed to lower the price to $80.00. When my staff arrived at your property, there were several things added to the dump load that we had agreed to take. The things that we thought the garbage men took were now in your shed area and you told my guys to take the items in which they did. There was a tire and many chemical items so when you say that there was no charge or a minimal charge for dumping, that is simply not true. We had to take the items to different areas at the landfill and yes there was a charge for this and it was not just a couple of dollars. When I asked you about this you got very defensive. I told you that I should have brought the things back that were extra and left them. As far as the weeds....my staff pulled the large weeds as I instructed them to do. When you and I met I told you specifically that we would pull the large weed and the grass in the flower beds but the clover like weed would have to be sprayed and you agreed. My crew leader was very offended by the way you treated them. They were working to make sure that you were happy with the job and you acted as if you were not going to pay unless they pulled every single piece of clover. The guys absolutely sprayed the flower beds....you may not have seen them but they did indeed spray them. My crew leader did say that your partner asked them to pull the vines off of the fence and I told him yes....that they were supposed to do that. I am sorry that you had to ask them. As far as the phone call.....I called you to tell you that you needed to find someone else because I was disappointed in the way that you spoke to my guys and that I would not subject them to that with anyone. You got very upset and began yelling and your partner was yelling in the background. I told you that you were not a nice person and I hung up.
