BAYPORT GLASS & MIRROR

I had used Jay Duncan in the past to replace a window pane and some other minor handywork so I thought he would do a good job replacing windows.  On January 4, 2015 he was supposed to meet me at 8am at Home Depot to help me pick out the 11 windows which needed to be replaced.  He did not show up until 10:05am.  He didn't even call to tell me he was running late.  He waited until I called him and he told me he was "almost there".  An hour and a half later he finally showed up and did not even apologize.
Long story, short, due to the late start, they were at my house until almost 9pm and hurried up to leave.  They did a poor job cleaning up.  I am still finding glass shards and screws outside.  Jay's son wandered around aimlessly for that last 2 hours they were at the house saying that he had nothing to do.  Apparently he's not familiar with picking up broken glass.
I had an issue with one of the windows not coming with a mull bar cover like it was supposed to from Lowe's.  I planned on running to a different store but Jay assured me that he could fabricate one with no problem.  He was supposed to return on Tuesday January 6 with the fabricated mull bar cover, 2 brackets that he said he had to fabricate and to recaulk several of the windows.  Today is April 23rd and he STILL has not returned to complete the job.  I have called him at least 2 dozen times and Jay has committed to coming out on several occasions but didn't show and didn't call each time.
In addition, they cracked a marble window sill and didn't tell me.  They completely messed up a window frame which I had to repair myself - that took several hours to patch and paint.  I have also re-caulked all the windows. 
MR DUNCAN IS A LIAR AND SHOULD NOT BE TRUSTED.
