"Thanks for the nice comments, we aspire to bring excellent service to all our clients, As i discussed with your wife about the poor quality of the grouting job when the tile was installed and the failure of the contractor to properly seel the grout in the kitchen made it hard for us to get decent results, when the aggresiveness of the cleaning gets to the threshold of damage, thats where we have to draw the line.
