Jim has built many homes in my neighborhood. Unfortunately, he did not build my original home. Our builder went under, so we could not use him for the addition. Jim was such a pleasure to deal with. Not your typical builder, he was very patient and accommodating to our schedule. He build an seamless addition to the home, and we are very satisfied. He is always available on his cellphone, and has been great in recommending subcontractors for other projects around the home.
He did an excellent job with all the subcontractors, and we feel confident in his work and ethics. We will definitely build with Jim Kurdziel of Baronial Builders for our next home.
