This guy is a scam artist and he tells people that they have viruses and they don't. I told this company not to go over 100.00 in repaired and they would not give me my computer without me paying 200.00 and they refused to take my credit card! Now my computer keep shutting off on me and when I called the manager Adam said its because my computer was sitting on my bed! I told Adam not to insult my intelligence and now I'm scared to take it back to them. He said I play Pogo and yahoo games and I do not I play Zinga which is a hire resource intensity game. Angie's List referred me to on site computers and I paid 60.00 for a complete diagnostic for hard drive and software and that AMS did not clean out the dust and that he should have never given me a computer with a broken fan and that it would cost more to fix it then to just purchase a new computer. He spliced the claim ticket and forged my name on it and you can clearly see it.

"This client come to our office with her computer running hot, her Facebook games not working right and the over all performance of her computer was very slow and wanted us to get her a price to repair her DVD player on her computer.Customer filled out our forms with over a paragraph of issues with her computer.We looked and her computer and called her and left a message with how much her repair total was to fix her computer on 10.25.2017 . Customer returned our call on 10.26.2017. Our technician explained what needed to be done to her computer and how much the cost of repair would be. We do our diagnostic service for FREE and nobody is under any obligation to have thier computer repaired. If they do not want a repair then they just pickup the computer. This Customer gave us the ok to do her repair. We removed multiple adware and spyware from the computer, cleaned temp files , dissembled her laptop and cleaned out dust and foreign matter inside her computer, updated all her drivers and installed new optional web browsers into her computer and fixed her DVD drive and installed DVD playing software into her computer too.. Client came into our company and picked up her computer on 10.27.2017 . Client paid her job with cash and never presented our company with a card to pay for her repair. This client has used our services on 5.09.2016 with no issues before and paid with a check. Client called us 2 days later and said she was having another issue and we advice the client how she may be able to correct it. When she could not fix it on her own we asked her to bring her PC back in and we would fix her issues for her for no cost. Customer stated she does not have a car and cant not get back to our office and would try and get the computer back to us in a week or two. A-M-S-Computers always calls with a repair quote before the repair, we always get permission first, we stand behind our work, and client can always pay for repairs with cash, card or business checks. Our offer to correct any problem still stands and she has been aware of this since 10.29.2017 she just has no transportation at this time so this review has defiantly caught our company offgard."

1) they had the wrong cell phone contact # on the work order they emailed me
2) they called me and got permission to repair someone else's laptop.
3) they tried to give me someone else's laptop when I went in to pick it up.
4) they failed to call me back with the actual repair needed.
5) once I called them,they told me I needed a fan that would take a week to come from China and would cost $100 (I have since found the part on ebay for $15)
6) I had also asked about a power cord for an old Gateway notebook that is my back up, was told this would be $40 and take a week to come in. I declined. ( I ordered it off of ebay for $13)
7) when I went in to pick up my laptop that they had had for over a week and done nothing with, the cover had several deep scratches on it. The attendant wiped it and shrugged.

It turned out very good. I have used them a couple of times. They are very conscientious, and their prices are very fair. They very quickly get to the source of the problem. I have used other computer repair companies in the past, and they are the most efficient that I have used.

They are excellent. They are fantastic. I would recommend them to anybody. All the technicians are very qualified. They do good work. They are not looking to sell you a new computer. They give you a free estimate, and they don't try to pressure you. They give you the option of what you want to do. They are wonderful. I have been satisfied each time I have used them.
