Things went well. Found the reason dryer wasn't working. Addressed problem. Cleaned vent and showed tenet how to deal with it in the future. Very nice job. Will use again.

It went very well. I was able to schedule an appointment on the same day that I called, Jeff arrived during the designated time period, and was able to "diagnose" the problem & fix the refrigerator THAT day. Jeff was a polite professional, and a workman who I was happy to have in my home. The repair was completed by approximately 7:00 that evening, and was fully cooled off in the advised time period of 24 hours.

Over the past few years I have used Jeff at A Appliance Pro for repairs on my dishwasher, washer and dryer. Jeff is honest, dependable and very informative. I would trust him with any appliance repair. His rates are extremely reasonable and he does an excellent job, regardless of how large or small the problem is. Frankly, I also trust Jeff when he recommends other service providers.
In this last repair the cause of the noise and the dryer drum dragging was caused by a small nail that somehow got between the drum and the housing.
