Very badly. Jason Wagner was hired to renovate my home after damages from hurricane Ian. Three contracts were signed. After being paid 38,000.00. he walked off the job taking all the materials I had paid for with him. I had to hire another company to complete over 4,000.00 of the remaining work. This company is not to be trusted. I am elderly and this man took advantage of me. I would absolutely NOT recommend this company to anyone.

Wagner restoration responded to our call immediately after hurricane Ian hit our Port Orange, Florida home 2022. Exceptionally fair and honest. Licensed and insured. Pulls all required permits and seeks approval. Knowledgeable and experienced. A great crew that knows what they are doing. Jason Wagner and his team are all friendly, courteous, and honest, hard-working people. Water restoration, stucco repair, drywall tear down and replacement with insulation. Existing floor and baseboard removal and new installation, window, work, interior and exterior painting, pressure washing, all types of door work, replacement and repair of pocket door, bifold, or triple fold or patio slider doors. Jason goes above and beyond all requests. He is responsive immediately, responds to all phone calls, email or texts. Works within budget, never pushy, always kind and respectful, open to suggestions, considerate, and understanding of time and budget constraints. Immediate and easy Access to his suppliers. He is assuring under pressure, and has the ability to know and recognize and address stressful situations. Jason never brings or discusses his personal or personnel problems. His crew works constantly. They are respectful, handle your belongings with care and believe it or not they are not constantly on cell phones as they seem to know time is money. Jason and entire crew never balk at last minute changes even if the requested changes were never prior discussed. if weather interferes with planned job, they do not stop work but goes on to Plan B. We hired Wagner Restoration to paint our new home interior and exterior. There was some existing water damage that needed repair as well. Jason and his crew did an amazing job! From the first call through the final walk through Jason was incredibly attentive and the work came out even better than I had hoped! 10/10 across the board, would definitely recommend.
