I needed a general contractor who could manage the job, work with subs, insurance company and adjusters according to the plan and without supervision, as I was out of town most of the time. Mike was recommended by a neighbor and what a blessing it turned out to be. The job, from start to finish was done extremely well and everything looks perfect. My wife and I could not be happier. Mike was always available to review progress and discuss details. I found him very easy to work with and I believe he saved me considerable money and heartache. I will definitely use his company for future work and recommend him highly.

We got three estimates at the outset. Voluisa came in the middle of the estimates. My husband was impressed when the contractor said that he would work within the final guidelines of the insurance company. The insurance estimate was generous enough to make sure that everything was done to insure the kitchen was restored to former good condition.
