Glenn, from the very first phone call till the end of the job,  was so kind and professional.  He's obviously a local family man and even though I was at work when he came and did our job, my wife felt completely comfortable with him...we just moved into our home about 3 mos ago and have contacted approx. 8 local businesses for services.  We have been absolutely shocked at the horrendous customer service from about 7 of the 8......(never calls us back) (sometimes with us leaving up to 10 msgs.)    BUT NOT SO WITH GLENN....he operates his business just like I would....very professional, helpful and friendly.  It's like all the others are too busy for us or don't want our business. (we cannot understand it)  We checked around and his prices were the most fair and we were very pleased with the quality of his work.  Even though I was not home when he did the job for us, I called him the next day just to say thank you for a job well done.

Everything was great.  He contacted us right away for estimate.  He showed up on time on both the estimate and installation.

The entire process was very professional and the work was done well.

Great!  I measured the windows and he gave me an estimate over the phone.  I made an appointment and he came early and I was not home yet and he left a message to call him and he came right back when I got home.  He did an excellent job and everything went very well.  I highly recommend him.

I've had the pleasure of hiring Glen several times over the last few years. Glen has tinted a number of our office locations and most recently, I asked him to tint the home I just bought and another office building that has a full glass front. Glen's work is done to perfection every single time. I wouldn't think of using anyone else.
There's never been any issues with bubbling, peeling or poor installation. My office was tinted a couple of years ago, and it still looks like the day he did it. The Panorama film he uses is an exceptional product, and I'm enjoying the added privacy and cooler temperatures it provides. Glen showed me several film options, and even helped me decide on a frosted film for the bathroom window for nighttime privacy that normal tint would not provide.
Next Saturday, Glen will be tinting the large office in Orange City for me, and there's no doubt in my mind that it will look just as great as all of the other locations he has done for me.

I have a 10 by 30 foot Florida room, fully glass enclosed. Glen showed me all the options before hand. He was on time, performed the work very quickly, and was very professional in every way . I would definitely recommend him to my friends and neighbors. Great job !! Very pleased.

We had been having a huge problem with the sun blinding us in the afternoon and we were having to keep our blinds closed. Glenn was very professional and totally cleaned up behind himself. The tinting is awesome with no more sun blinding us and the plus side is that we can see out without being blinded but no one can see in. I would recommend any one having this problem call Glenn and let him take care of your problem.

Tropical Glass Tinting did a fantastic job of removing and replacing with new tint on all of the windows in my home. They were wonderful. The gentleman showed up for the appointment on time. I had old fills on my windows and he gave me two options, to take it off myself and told me how to do it or he would be glad to do it for me and gave me price. When he came to do the installation, he showed up on time. He came in and did the job, there was not a mess anywhere. He took the old film off my window and put the new film on. He worked quietly and diligently. It was superb. He was gone in just about four hours. It was wonderful.
