 + -1 moreI knew I needed to get out of my high percentage rate mortgage but thought I would have to come up with doc stamps and general closing costs so I put it off. Then I found The Mortgage Firm Florida Mortgage Specialists. Not only did they do my loan WITHOUT out of pocket money, but they lowered my monthly payment by 300 dollars. I am writing this review to help other people that think like I did to call and see what a great job they can do for you.
Description of Work: Needed to refinance my high rate mortgage to a lower rate.
