T-N-T Foreclosure Rehab, LLc was recommended to me by a good friend who has PE credentials and owns and operates a home inspection company. My friend had previously contracted with this excellent father and son team to have work done on his own home. He was happy, so after that he recommended T-N-T to others and received positive feedback from them also about their work. That?s why I called and asked that they give me a bid. Scott Moore and his father Ralph spent a great deal of time looking in depth at the condition of the wood siding on my house and hangar. After careful - and I mean really careful - inspection, they gave me a written estimate for both labor and materials to make the necessary repairs. In retrospect, it?s really impossible to accurately estimate the extent and depth of wood decay on siding until the outer layer of T-111 is removed. Nonetheless, Scott and Ralph gave me their best guess, and I agreed to their proposal. Their labor estimate was for about three days of work. It actually took well over double that. Certain areas of decay were far more difficult to get to and fix than first thought, and certain areas had deeper decay that anticipated. Neither Scott nor Ralph ever got perturbed. They just took their time - sometimes with almost agonizing slowness - to get the job done ABSOLUTELY RIGHT. Their work is absolute perfection - even where it doesn?t show. An additional bonus is that they can do more than just carpentry. Ralph used to be a lineman, so when miscellaneous problems occur (such as a cut wire in my case) they can handle that too. I?m sure they are capable of other trades as well. I got their bill yesterday - knowing it was probably going to be a whopper. Not so! In spite of the actual length of time it took, they stayed with their original labor estimate - and the cost of materials was even less than their estimate. Would I recommend T-N-T to others?
