Neil went over the house from end-to-end gave us a thorough inspection and saved us from making a terrible mistake in purchasing this home. Seller wanted to sell a lemon without making repairs. Neil was upfront honest and everything you want to work with when you're a stranger in a new town we highly recommend him.

Neil was very thorough  and spent hours covering every thing important to us: Water heater, dishwasher, range, fridge, doors, windows, crawl spaces, garage, shed and attic. Because of the quality of his inspection we were able to convince the sellers to cover $11,000 towards work needed to bring the property up to the standards necessary for us to complete the sale. Also, we had him perform a roof and, what I believe was, a wind mitigation inspection which reduced our initial home owner's insurance quote from $1,215.00 annual premium to $774.00. That in itself more than paid for the price of the inspection!  We will be glad to recommend his services to anyone needing a home inspected. We couldn't be happier with his work.

Mr. Olshefski, Neil is the General Contractor and Inspector, within the Inspection Report the following items were inspected: Front and Rear Elvations; Main Electrical Service Panel with interior dorr panel; HVAC Heating and Cooling systems Equipment; All hazards or Deficiences. The entire inspection identified deficiences that the seller had to repair prior to closing. The quality of work perfomed done was consistantly top notch. Neil used his years of experience and skills were outstanding. His quality of work in general construction really paid off. He is knowledgeable about all aspects of home inspections and wind mitigation and wood destroying organisms (WDO). throughout the inspections, I was extremely impressed with Neil's commitment to generating a top quality product, rather than maximizing his profit margin. Neil kept myself and my wife closely informed of the inspections and reports. I am very pleased with the final product and reports that Neil delivered. In a world of shoddy workmanship and poor customer service, I am extremely impressed with his work as a general contractor and home inspector. I would hesitate to hire Neil again, or to recommend him to my friends and neighbors.
