Tom & Shaun were awesome on a late afternoon emergency call! Over the top service! They came out with an hours notice as a new customer! 5 star response! The bees came back today but the Schumacher guys are due back on Monday!

They were my second quote and Mr. Shumaker, himself, came out to give it to me. As soon as we met he said we were family and he meant it. I needed super quick turn-around when we left our dog at a new kennel and he came home with flea infestation. First time in his 3.5 years. It was all over our house in a matter of a week. Our kids are not home this week, which was perfect; however its Spring Break and they come home in three days. They are highly allergic to insects. We knew time was crucial to get this done ASAP. Sure enough, Mr. Shumaker placed a call and Mike came out and they spent the next few hours spraying our 5 BR / 4.5 bath home on over an acre for a price that matched their competition plus extra services. We've already signed up with them for quarterly service as we have other bugs on occasion. They told us how to quickly prep, how long to wait, when to do the floors before the kids came home and promised to come right back if the problem wasn't solved. They through in the 2nd follow up visit in 20 days. We are beyond thrilled and would highly recommend their services. They are very personable and knowledgable. You can tell they are a loving and caring family and that is the exact fit for our young family. Thank you to the crew for the speedy, expert service. We owe you. Big time. :)

He replied to my request within an hour. He was out the next business day. They alert when they are on their way and when the job is complete. Very professional and reasonably priced.

Very happy with my experience. Mr. Tom Shumarker himself came out and gave the estimate. The next day, he remembered to call me about a matter we had both forgot to discuss and called me to give the needed information before I could think to call him. He easily beat every competitors' price quote I had received. Mr Shumaker and staff have great communication with us, and addressed everything I needed. Very happy with their services.

I had hired a pest company in the past and I wish I remember their name I was totally ripped off by them and charged a lot of money for a warranty and guarantee that they did not honor and I continued to have a pest problem. I found Shumaker s and they are the all time best takes responsibility for the problem and their fee is so responsible it is worth my sanity to have Shumaker s monitor my property and keep it pest free this is saying a lot for contractors in Florida so many disappointing and unreliable companies, contractors and handymen in this area Shumaker s is a godsend and so happy I found them
