Outstanding work. Mark did a great job from quotation to clean up. Unlike so many vendors who "work from a script", Mark took time to determine options that could accomplish the goals that I had in mind. He didn't push the "one-size-fits all" solution. Rather, I was able to make choices that fit my needs and my budget. In my case, my home had an old security system. Some parts worked, others did not. Mark suggested what to upgrade and what to repair. Additionally, the home had TV and ethernet outlets in several rooms. Mark was able to get the home network functioning and made the installation look like it was part of the original construction. At the end, he cleaned up after himself and made it look like he'd never been there. Wow, what a pleasant change of pace. I would highly recommend Mark Hill and Security Force if you're looking to do business with a local firm and a local guy who takes pride in customer service.

Great - punctual and professional installation.

Mark showed up on time and did a walk through to see where everything was located since this was a Security Camera that was hard wired and installed outside the home. It was a hot and tedious job watching him spend time in my hot and dusty attic. Mark handled it like the pro he is and made sure the placement of everything went where it should to ensure that the camera was within range of the router and all the other check points were correct. The camera performs well and has a range much better than I anticipated. He also stands by his disclaimer on Angie's list that says payment is due upon completion AND customer satisfaction. The reason I was so impressed by this is because I had contacted 2 other Security Services prior to Security Force of America and the first one quoted a bid of $1000.00 which was almost 3X what Mark charged, and the 2nd person I contacted (both from Angie's list) wanted payment in full prior to any work being done. That was a red flag to me as a Senior Female and I am used to payment for services rendered. Mark from Security Force was the only one who fit the bill for all my requirements and I am pleased as pudding that He was the one I chose and I would heartily recommend him/Security Force of America to anyone and everyone that needs any type of security services. Thank you again Mark for your great service.

My home security system is with a national company who subcontracted the work to Mark of Security Force.  He called to schedule an appointment for installation.  He arrived on time and after looking over the home site went right to work with the installation.  After completing the installation he expalined the keypad and remote pad to me and how to work them.  Thsi work was paid for by the alarm company. Mark is very friendly and efficient in his work. 
Approximately 5 months after installation I had a porch added with two additional doors that I wanted added to the alarm system.  I called Mark and he said that would not be a problem.  He scheduled an appointment for which he arrived as promised.  He added the two doors to the system and tested them with the alarm company.  I paid for this installation as it was an addition not covered under my contract with the national company.
A couple of months later one of the door alarms gave a low battery signal.  Since I did not know how to change the battery, I called Mark.  He arrived about two hours later to change the battery and show me what to do if happened again.  He did not charge me for this service call.
Security Force of America does home alarm monitoring and as soon as my contract is up with the national company I will be switching to this local company for monitoring.
