Julius was responsive, informative and on time.  Most of the work was done in our absence but the quality was as if we were watching every move.

Punctual and very reasonably priced for what he does. He has been out to my house a few times. Just a very nice person. Very professional, trustworthy, and does a good job. Takes care to clean up after himself. Just all around a very good person to do business with.

Well, since this provider never bothered to return my phone calls or respond to emails, it did not go well.
At least this provider gave me an idea as how responsive he would have been had he been hired, so it's just as well.
Fortunately, there were several other companies that were more than willing to contact me, and I'll never have to bother with this one again.

He did not have the proper tools to perform the services requested. He did refer me to another contracted that was able to handle the job.

It went extremely well. Julius did a great job at responding to the initial request for a quote, getting the needed engineering work, getting the permits and inspection completed, and keeping me informed during the process. This was extremely helpful since I was in another state during most of the work. He used skype to show the status of the work. He also did numerous little things at no extra charge. It was a great experience and a pleasure doing business with Julius.

Julius met with us to give us an estimate on remodeling of our condo. He was on time for the appointment and had some good ideas. Unfortunately, due to issues on our part, we decided not to get the work done at this time. Since he did keep his part by meeting with us we wanted to at least give him a rating on his professionalism.

Schoenherr Construction came to our home to give us an estimate on what we wanted done to our townhouse. We spent 1 hour talking and going over what was needed to repair the home for the bank so we could complete our puchase and another 30-45 minutes of what my wife and I wanted to give the home our personal touch with upgrades. After that I asked ,if possible, could we have the estimates divided to show what it would cost to get what the bank was requiring for repairs and upgrades, through a home inspection, and what we wanted for repair and upgrades. We were told that it would not be a problem to receive the 2 copies. A copy of the home inspection was given to Mr. Schoenherr for reference.
Over the course of the next month we had only 2 sub-contractors come by to take information,measurements,and give advice for what they thought my be best for our needs.
After another 30 days I contacted Mr. Schoenherr and asked if the estimate was ready. He said he would have it to me in a couple of days. 2 weeks later I contacted him again and was told it would be emailed to me later that day.
When I recieved the estimate it was a 1 page estimate that was so generic. I felt that if he approached his remodeling workmanship in the same generic manner as his estimate, this was not the person that I wanted to work on my home.
Mr. Schoenherr is a very nice man with many years of experience and was very likeable. Maybe he just didn't quite know how to say that he didn't want to do this particular job but it took him a very long time to get me my estimate and when I did finally get it , it was so poorly put together with such an extremely high cost it was almost like an insult. All I know is that I will not be using this person for my construction needs.

They told me they'd get back in a few days with an estimate but I never heard.

We have to honestly say, we have never had a single issue with this company. We would not even consider working with anyone else, if they are able to schedule our projects into their workload. We think that their prices are fair and that they've treated us fairly on change orders. They are licensed and insured. We have done over $250,000.00 worth of construction work with this company

, and we have absolutely no complaints.
