After a couple of months we had some water leaking from the ceiling, due to improper installation of condensation drain line and causing the drip pan to overflow and come down through the ceiling, the walls and the carpet. we called them immediately and they said they come that day, they did not show up that day or the next or even called to advise as to why a technician was not being sent out or when they would send one out. We had to call them 5 days after the initial contact and then we got a guy on the phone that literally said, "I screw up Thursday and my other guy screwed up Friday"!!!! "I will be there today after I wrap things up where I am at now"....
I would certainly not recommend them to anyone. Call Certified Climate Control.
