We bought a home from Paul Rechichar at Platinum Building in July 2014 and have been extremely pleased with the construction and the attention to detail that Paul put into the home. He and his son, Nate, have been helpful with following up on questions and concerns that have come up as we've gotten settled in. Most of their contractors have been easy to work with and very responsive. This is a small, local firm that seems to be focused on quality, rather than quantity. I'd highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new home in New Smyrna Beach!
