during delivery of equipment they were very respectful to my 90 year old father - there was very little noise and upset - this can be a problem as he was blind and new things easily upset him - after he passed away they came in quick and quietly so as not to upset me - the equipment was taken out without any disturbance to our household - the office staff was a joy to work with as was the delivery/pickup person(s)
