Excellent. Fan was a replacement for an identical product that had worn out. The fan is mounted in a two story family room with cathedral ceiling. This took some hard work to get up that high and install it properly. The Masters team did a great job and was able to customize the fan mounting so that it remained at the correct height. Top notch service.

As good as could be. The electrician, Sammy, was prompt, competent and professional. He had to get up in attic to run new wire from switch to fixture. Price was reasonable.

It went OK.  They did everything they were supposed to do.  They showed up close to on time, once they got the address right.  We didn't ask enough questions.  They used aluminum wire.  We assumed they would use copper and would have preferred it.  Our fault for not asking.  They were supposed to install outlets on a new wall and that was not done, until we reminded them when they were pretty much out the door.  They knew we were going to sheet rock and plaster and they set the boxes back too far for the face plates to fit.  Would I use them again?  Yes, I would, but I would have a much more detailed work order so I understand what they are going to do and they know more of what I want as an outcome.
