I had a severe flea infestation from the previous owner.  It took several applications however we were finally able to get rid of the problem.  Technician was always on time and showed a genuine concern in his job.

Great service Technician was efficient and punctual.

I saw signs around other people's yards. They're reliable.

We're very pleased with Massey! Their prices are competitive and the customer service has been excellent. We were even impressed with the sales "pitch" - the rep was not pushy at all and gave us time and space to make an informed decision. As for the services themselves, the techs do a thorough interior and exterior service the first time around and then do an external inspection and spray quarterly. The tech always calls at least the day before he visits to notify me that he'll be stopping by, in case we have any additional concerns we want him to look at. He's always incredibly friendly and unobtrusive. Since starting services with them in June 2013 we've only seen 2 or 3 small spiders in the house and, with one call to customer service, the tech was scheduled to come out in 48 hours to do an additional interior spray (at no cost, of course!).

The technician seemed to do a thorough job of inspecting both the inside of the house, outside of the house, and the yard. We were satisfied with the service. However before he left he informed us that next year's charge is about $25 more than this year's charge for the same service, which I suppose is a price escalation based on how long it has been since the initial treatment (next year will be 4 yrs after the house was initially treated when new). I do not know if that is customary or not for FL since this is my first house in that state, but will look around for a company that keeps the amount more standard the next time my house needs to be treated.

Lawn treatments were sloppy, neighbors yard was sprayed as well. Plants were not thoroughly sprayed. No notice of when they were coming, to allow us to get pets indoors; poor communication.
Sales people and service people were both pushy, high pressure, relentless continuous, off-the-chart pushiness when we said we didn't want any more services. Had to threaten calling the police to get them to leave the property. They even contacted our landscaper and gave him a hard time.
When asked to discontinue treating existing sod due to upcoming sod replacement, they disregarded request and continued treating bad sod while we incurred costs.

Thought it was going to be a good thing but we quickly lost communication. They were also doing my mother's lawn, pest and termite next door to me. They stopped her lawn treatment because of lack of payment. She passed away and I thought I was paying it on line. Now her lawn has chinch bugs. They did not attempt to contact me until I canceled the shrub service at my house on line. Then they started calling me. I was not happy about that so I decided it was time to start over with another company. Also, my yard does not look good and neither do my shrubs.

It was absolutely wonderful. Excellent service. They are very prompt. They come when they say they are going to come. They are also very courtesy.

They come out when they say they will. They do a good job and quietly go away. They are very thorough.

They are very professional. They tend to be the more expensive pest control in the area, but they do the job where others don't. We are very satisfied with them. If we need them to come back out and re service, they come right out.

I have been reluctant to judge Massey because I am not sure whether to recommend them or not. After tenting our home in NSB and treating for termites, we chose to pay the bill over 90 days without interest. The first bill we received itemized the amount due for both fumigation and pest prevention; however, beside fumigating, there was a comment "No Guarantee". I was taken aback and called immediately and was told that they do not guarantee a fumigation procedure. I said, but you guarantee your service against wood destroying insects. I was told, yes, but there is no guarantee for fumigating. I don't understand...we have a guarantee which is renewable annually for 399.00 and yet we do not have a guarantee?? My other comment, and it is due to my unfamiliarity with the procedure, is that the fumigation, while not guaranteed, was $4,350.00 for a 1440 sq ft home. You be the judge, I may be wrong, but I think it is excessive. They use a third party for that service and I wonder if they might be inflating the amount and if so, how much. And did I mention, there is no guarantee!

We've used Massey services for the past two years, initially for lawn, pest and termites which are three SEPARATE CONTRACTS. We didn't like their lawn care services we hired a different company our lawn wasn't getting the proper chemicals it needed (we felt). We still use them for pest and termite control. Their prices are higher than other smaller companies.

Technician was, as always, professional and courteous. Have used Massey for over 10 years. Even though technicians have changed over time, usually have same one for extended periods (which means alot); all have been professional and courteous. Perimeter treatment effective as we have only seen one or two bugs in the house in the last three years.

I have been happy with them. So far I have not had any problems. Their technicians were pleasant and answered all of my questions.
