+ -1 moreAuto work is not inexpensive but unlike may dealerships, quick-lube, etc., these guys are very honest. They are always busy which speaks to the word of mouth business. I would and have recommended them to others.

+ -1 moreThe replacement was done last Nov (2013) so it wasn't until May of 2014 that I noticed that the new A/C system was not blowing cold enough air. Brian Mason took the bull by the horns and after 2 more visits (process of elimination) he was able to find exactly what the problem was. He never changed another penny for the hours of labor and angst that he spent. Thanks Brian. I would definitely recommend Mason's to everyone who is looking for this kind of dedicated service.

+ -1 more1) They drove me home after I dropped off the car and then picked me up to get the car. 2) Once the problem was diagnosed, they discussed the problem with me and we decided what to do. 3) They fixed the problem. The shop is family owned and operated. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. I felt they were very honest. They are also AAA recommended.

They tell you what needs to be done and what you might be able to get away with not doing at that particular moment. They tell you what is possibly coming up that you're going to have to worry about. They really check the manuals and what the manufacturer says needs to be done. They do a thorough diagnostic of your vehicle.
