Leo was polite. He could not do some of the jobs I had asked for. Example: flip mattress on king-sized bed. I can accept this, but am disappointed.
He arrived on time for scheduled appointment, but I had to wait for scheduling appointment as he had no other jobs in my area for a while. He advertised that he worked in my area.

I am undecided about whether I would use him again. The price was reasonable, the work was mostly satisfactory --scratched wood floor pulling out refrigerator for cleaning behind it even though I asked him if I should cover the floor before he began. He did cover the floor in front of the freezer which is in another room.
I am anxious to have the panel replaced on the garage. If he returns soon, I will let him do the job. If not, I will look elsewhere.
