4-point inspections of my own and for Citizens, I perform full home real estate inspections, as well as roof condition certifications. My goal is to perform the best service at a reasonable cost. All insurance forms can be electronically sent directly to you and your insurance agent at no additional cost as well. I strive to have happy, well-informed customers., wind mitigations

Exceeded expectation! Inspector (Matt) was on time, professional, knowledgeable, methodical, patient in explaining issues, attentive to detail. Showed me a number of items I would have never noticed myself. Also got the detailed report with photos of all items to be addressed to me in plenty of time to use in discussions with the seller.

It went very well.  When I got to the house, he was on the roof.  When I left the house, he was crawling around underneath it.  He checked out every inch of the place and told me what worked and what was supposed to work better.

Matthew performed a 4-Point home inspection on a house I am going to purchase. This included a separate wind mitigation inspection for my insurance company. He was professional, thorough and carefully went over each of the areas of potential concern. I received detailed reports the very next day. His wind mitigation report was able to save me nearly $800 off my insurance quote. Korr and Company provided me with exceptional customer service.
