As usual, Dave quoted a low price, was on the job promptly, did a GREAT job, AND was fun to talk to. He works very hard and is very picky with his work. He wants everything to be just right.

Dave is a professional and is always concerned with doing the best job possible. He is very accommodating and wants the customer to be happy. He always cleans up any mess made and works with little supervision.

Dave just happened to be the first person we called for a quote. His quote was very fair. We had seven other builders/contractors make quotes but his was the lowest. (Unfortunately six of the other seven didn't even bother getting us a quote.) It took a couple of weeks after we contacted him to do the work before he could get started because of prior commitments. Dave is a VERY hard worker. He did the job in about a week and both my wife and I were impressed by the quality of his work. He did not cut any corners. Dave is very personable and easy to talk to... and very honest. Dave even saw a couple of small places on the front of our house that needed caulking and went ahead and did it. My wife and I would HIGHLY recommend Dave to anyone who needs work done on their house. I'd like to say one more time that Dave's work is A-1 and his prices are great.

Overall, David is an extremely considerate and personable professional. He goes out of his way to make sure you are happy with the finished product and will do whatever it takes to satisfy the customer. We have used him for several home projects and have always been very pleased with the outcome.
