They were very responsive and came back out without any troubles. They ordered the part and once it was here within a couple of days, they replaced both of the faucets. Their follow up customer service was excellent! They are the company I would call first for any additional plumbing needs.

I used their services before in the past and I was happy with them, so I called them for my water heater. They adjusted it. I advised them the thermostat is set a little higher than it should be because the second bathroom is so far away. He set the thermostat back down again and it takes a long time to get warm. I had to open up the panel for the hot water heater to discover that he changed the hot water thermostat and change it back myself.
