Gator Construction of Central Florida

I had received three estimates for this project. Gator's was the most expensive but they were the only one who said all of ther work is done accordng to local building codes so permits would be pulled and the job would be inspected. This also means the materials used will be of good quality. After signing the contract and giving a deposit I was told it would be approximately two weeks for the windows to come in which were custom ordered. Exactly two weeks later Bill called that the wndows were in and they would start work the next day. The first day the electrician came to put in the required number of outlets and work was started on framing and putting in insulation in the room as the windows were not as big as the screen openings. The second day the prliminary electrical inspection was approved and the windows were installed and caulked. On the third day the insde walls were installed and finished. They even hung a couple of pictures for me. Bill informed that I had a leak iin my roof as it had been raining for two days. He came back after the rains stopped and the roof had dried out and resealed the metal roof at no extra charge. They arrived each day at the time promised and worked nonstop except for lunch and water breaks. I am very happy with the work that was done and would not hesitate to hire them again or recommend them.
