Formula I-4, Inc. is a full-service, commercial cleaning company that serves the Eastern, Central Florida area. We contract directly business-to-business to satisfy the cleaning needs of most commercial enterprises. The cost of services are contingent on square footage of area serviced or a flat rate for smaller duties. Depending on the type of business, the frequency of service,or specialized needs such as carpet cleaning or floor waxing can adjust the pricing schedule. After the initial meet-and-greet, a representative will perform a walk through to determine job variables such as: floor surfaces, square footage and overall condition of workplace. There's special attention given to negotiating down the cost, commensurate to larger jobs. Accounts receivable are collected on the 1st and 15th of every month. Should one these days fall on a weekend or federal holiday, the collection will fall on the next business day.

Utilize commercial grade chemicals to clean any office environment. Such spaces include, break rooms, but are not limited to: office rooms, etc. Trash pickup or liner replacement and all used work surfaces are cleaned with applicable solutions and/or dusted. Pro-team exclusive vacuuming for floors and walls. Restrooms are disinfected including: commode, foyers, laboratories, lobbies, open work spaces with cubicles, restrooms, service bays, showrooms, sinks and floors. Metals polish, stalls
